Overview

Lynq. is a mobile app geared towards facilitating difficult conversations regarding work place burnout, mental health and general work-life balance upkeep in light of COVID-19 between team leaders and teams in a corporate setting.

Product Discovery

It is difficult for leaders to keep track of how their teams are doing (mentally + emotionally) even in an in-person setting. This has been further exacerbated by the work-from-home culture that has come to rise during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Since it is difficult to track it can be challenging for leaders to know how to best support their teams as a whole, and individually.

Mental health and wellness has increasingly been linked to the inability for individuals to show up as their whole selves and contribute meaningfully to society.
